27: i think that john should not believe in the email as it may not be true and we should not believe in these mails as they are advertising about their items and they may not be true.He should not open the file and should not buy it.
28:I think john should just close the email and delete it as it might be a scam of it. If he open the file, it may contain virus alike trojan that will affect the computer and corrupt it. He should also dont have to buy it since it is a scam.
