27 i think that it is false as if someone is scolded in the internet or in real-life he still be feeling hurted and discouraged.
28 : I personally think that it is false becuase using sticks and stones break the bones , it is consider physical bully. However, using words, it is not only causing physical bully, but also causing emotional bully.
